Craftworkers
Craftworkers were people who lived in Craft Guilds and made artistic things like jugs and dishes out of clay and pweter, foldable chairs, jewelry boxes, and more. Craftworkers were also very talented at painting. Craftworkers sold only the best quality products to their town.
Merchants
Merchants traded goods and brought back products from foreign lands. Some of these products included spices, wine, food, raw materials, furs, cloth, glass and jewels. Medieval merchants typically traveled by horse, but when a trip to the Silk Road was needed, using boats in the water was the way to go.

Guilds
Guilds were associations in which the members were protected. The sole purpose of guilds was to protect its members from sicknesses, travel dangers, illicit trading, funeral expenses, competition between members, and excessive taxes imposed by lords and landowners. There were two types of guilds; Craft Guilds and Merchant Guilds. Becoming a member of a guild boosted one's social status, yet one had to pass three phases to become an elite member of a guild: apprentice, journeyman, and master.
